H. C. KEPPEL, born in Hopewell Township, March 20,1847; graduated in the Scientific Course of Heidelberg College in 1871; admitted to the bar in August 1872. On the 21st of October, 1874, became a law partner of G. W. Bachman. Acted as Secretary of the Seneca County Agricultural Society in the years 1873 and 1874.
