HORACE HUBER, of Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, was born in Fairfield County, this State, April 22, 1822. He married Mary Reber on the 22d of October, 1846, and removed to the farm he now occupies in the spring of 1847. Of a family of three sons, two are living, J. R., born September 9, 1847, and E. B., October 28, 1849. One died November 9, 1861, aged nine years and eight months. The surviving sons are both intelligent and industrious young men, and an honor to their parents and to the community in which they move. Mr. Huber for many years dealt quite extensively in stock, and bears an enviable reputation for integrity and fair dealing. The farm contains two hundred and twenty acres, with a good proportion of timber. It is under capital cultivation, and denotes its occupants to be thorough and industrious agriculturists. The residence is a fine one, while the barn is one of the very best in the County. The whole place is a model of good management, and a fair criterion of the prosperity of the owner.
