FRANK DILDINE was born October 15, 1849, in Tiffin, Ohio, where he has lived ever since. He graduated at the High Schools of the city in June, 1867; and afterwards attended Ohio Wesleyan University, of Delaware, and Heidelberg College, of Tiffin, Ohio; graduating from the latter place in 1869. Studied law in the office of Judge Seney, and was admitted to practice in May, 1872, which he began under the firm of " Bunn & Dildine" but soon after connected himself with the .Tiffin Weekly Star as one of its editors, but withdrew from that journal in April, 1874, to again resume the practice of the law.
